To-date, Concord Associates Pte Ltd has developed more than 100 Safety Management Systems for our clients, comprising general factories, construction works, hospitality industries and private clubs. Some of our track records:

• Advised and assisted Singapore Contractors Association Ltd (SCAL) in the evaluation and proposal of a suitable Safety Management System for implementation in HDB construction worksites.

• Developed detailed safety plan for Northeast Line MRT Contract 753 of M/s Mitsubishi Corporation for submission to the Land Transport Authority.

• Developed roadworks safety inspection system for Land Transport Authority (LTA). Appointed as Safety Inspectors for LTA road construction projects for the period from 15 September 1997 to 14 September 1998.

• Reviewed Safety Operational Manual and recommended proposals for the implementation in ENV installations.

• Developed and implemented Safety Management System Manual for Institute of Microelectronics (National University of Singapore).

• Developed and implemented Safety Inspection System for the National University of Singapore – Office of Estates and Development.

• Developed and implemented Safety Management System Manual for Lasalle – SIA College of Arts.

• Assisted M/s City Developments Ltd to develop and implement a corporate Safety Management System, which included a 5-star EHS rating system for all their projects and to establish ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards.

• Consultation service to develop safety handbooks for M/s SP Powergrid’s employees and contractors.

• Consultation service to develop safety handbook for M/s Lasalle – SIA College Of The Arts.

• Completed the development of SP PowerGrid (SPPG) safety handbooks for SPPG and its contractors.

• Developmed and implemented an integrated ISO 14001 & OSHAS 18001 programme for NH Techno Glass Pte Ltd.

Development and Deliverance of Safety Training

Concord Associates Pte Ltd prepares tailor-made and efficacious safety training material to each and every client. Training may be conducted in either English or Mandarin. Some of our training courses conducted:
