- Engaged by SCAL as an external consultant to evaluate the effectiveness of safety management system at HDB worksites
 1989 - Concord Associates Pte Ltd was awarded 4 years contract to provide safety practitioners to various ENV installations
1991 1994 - Concord Associates Pte Ltd participated as an Exhibitor at Malaysia’s OSH Exhibition cum Seminar
- Concord Associates Pte Ltd as one of the pioneers to be approved as Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Approved Safety Auditing Organization
- CA Safety Technology Pte Ltd is established to provide Occupational Safety & Health Consultancy services
1995 - Conducted 1st External Independent Safety Audit to Kajima Overseas Project – Construction of Conrad International Hotel
1996 - Concord Associates Pte Ltd and CA Safety Technology Pte Ltd achieved ISO 9002 Certification
1997- Conducted Safety Management courses to ENV officers
1998 - Conducted the 500th milestone external independent safety audit at Kim Yan Condominium under M/s Kumagai Gumi Pte Ltd

- Appointed by the Singapore Manufacturers’ Federation (SMa) as one of the safety consultancy firm to provide assistance to the metalworking industries in developing and implementing Safety Management System (SMS)
